Riley Pagett

RILEY W. PAGETT currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Congressman Tracey Mann (KS-01). In this role, Riley oversees the administrative, outreach, legislative, and communications divisions of the Office. Spanning 60 primarily rural counties in western and central Kansas, the “Big First District” ranks number one in beef, sorghum, and wheat production. In his role of service to the district and to Congressman Mann, Riley also oversees the food, agriculture, and state and foreign operations portfolio.

Prior to his role with Congressman Mann, Riley served President Trump as a political appointee as the Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement. He has also served as legislative staff for U.S. Senator James Lankford (R-OK) and the House Agriculture Committee, under the direction of then Chairman Frank D. Lucas (R-OK) during the 2014 Farm Bill negotiations.

Originally from Woodward, Oklahoma where his family has lived and worked for more than five generations, Riley served as the 2010-2011 National FFA President, and graduated from Oklahoma State University and American University Washington College of Law. Riley, his wife, Lauren, and their two children live on Capitol Hill.
