Nick Rockwell

Nick Rockwell serves as Professional Staff for the House Committee on Agriculture under the leadership of Chairman Glenn “GT” Thompson (PA-15). His legislative portfolio includes rural development, energy, derivatives, digital assets, and tax issues. During his time on the Committee, he has contributed to numerous legislative initiatives, including the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2024 (2024 Farm Bill) and the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21).

Before joining the House Committee on Agriculture, Nick spent six years in Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson’s personal office, starting as an intern and advancing to become the Congressman’s Legislative Director. As Legislative Director, Nick played an instrumental role in spearheading and executing Congressman Thompson’s legislative agenda.

A proud native of Virginia, Nick is an alumnus of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in Economics and Health Policy and Administration. He is a proud member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity. Nick resides in Kent Island, Maryland, with his wife, Devon, and their daughter, Marilyn.
